Somebody's been baking again.
Mini Pineapple Upside Cakes
Not quite what they looked like in the magazine.
Brown sugar, pineapples, and maraschino cherries.
Topped with pineapple flavored (or just plain yellow) cake mix and put in the oven.
Loosened edges are important. Sorry top right corner cake.
And shared with anybody I can get to eat them.
